I spent 28 years in the broadcasting industry, mostly music radio and a little entertainment television. After being single for all that time, I fell in love for the first time at the age of 50. I went back to school and became a nurse/radiologic technologist. In 2021, I married the man of my dreams (right after I turned 60) and suddenly lost him to cancer in 2023 after being married just a year and a half. He was a Corpsman embedded with the Navy Seals, became a surgical assistant to both heart surgeons and orthopedic surgeons, then owned and managed a 7600-acre hunting plantation in Virginia. He was the smartest man I’ve ever known, and we were both tremendous admirers and supporters of President Donald Trump. I know this is supposed to be a short bio about me, but Tom was such a big part of me that I need to include him still.
