Growing up in Southern California as part of a Republican family, I’ve always been a staunch supporter of conservative values. Working as an Executive Assistant with Ronald Reagan’s Executive Secretary from November ‘78 until he moved to Washington, DC as President-elect Reagan in January 1981, I had the exciting opportunity to closely experience one man move our country from despair to enthusiasm. I’ve been an avid supporter of various Republican candidates ever since.
Presently I am Board Secretary for The Desert Symphony in Palm Desert, California and a Board Member for ACTforMS. I’ve chaired, and been a member of, many fundraising boards and committees, including Beverly Hills Chapter of the Assistance League (Artisans), Film Welfare League, Founding Membership Chair for L.A. Children’s Museum, Chair of ACT for MS Annual Christmas Tree Lane, Rancho Mirage Cultural Commission Patriotic Salute at Sunnylands, Member Palm Springs Mayor Ron Oden’s Film Industry Commission and Life Member of the Navy League of the U.S. My husband, Fred “The Hammer” Williamson, is a spokesman for Wounded Warrior Project, and we raise funds for WWP by hosting an annual celebrity golf tournament.
